Class A (type D) CpG ODNs (CpG-A ODNs) 以含有CpG回文序列為中西的PO骨架和PS修飾的3’端poly-G鏈構(gòu)成。
Poly G 末端在分子間形成四分體,從而產(chǎn)生高分子量結(jié)構(gòu)。這樣的結(jié)構(gòu)增強了穩(wěn)定性與內(nèi)涵體的胞內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運,促使大量IFN-a的產(chǎn)生和pDCs的成熟。
CpG-A ODNs也是NK細胞的強活化劑,其作用是通過間接的細胞因子信號來達到活化效果。
