為什么要阻斷Fc受體
抗體的結構是一個 Y 型,由高度可變的抗原結合片段(Fab段,fragment antigen-binding)和可結晶片段(Fc段,fragment crystallizable)組成,前者負責識別和結合抗原,后者通過結合Fc受體(FcR)介導其他免疫途徑的效應功能,比如抗體依賴性細胞介導的細胞毒性和吞噬作用,抗原提呈,以及趨化因子和細胞因子的分泌[1,2]。
